Another cool day with very few insects about, I did manage to find this bright red/orange orb weaver spider with a fresh catch in its web. The Common Bonnet (Mycena galericulata) mushrooms have been emerging. The Common Bonnet is a small cluster mushroom that like to sprout from rotted wood, they can be found all year but are most common in the autumn.
